I am applying to enter the MeatUp USA Contest (East or West). I attest that I am at least 21 years old and identify as male. I hereby waive all rights to photos and videos taken of me during the contest. I give permission to MeatUp USA and its organizers to copyright and/or use any photos and videos of me for promotional purposes. I understand that there is no compensation for such use and/or copyright or in connection with the contest, although the winner will receive a prize package which is subject to change at any time.

I have reviewed the contest scoring section of the rules and I understand what is expected of me as a contestant. If I am the contest winner, I agree to (1) judge the MeatUp USA contest (East or West), and participate in the contest weekend of my stepdown; and (2) represent the silicone community and MeatUp USA title and MeatUp USA at various events throughout my title year to the best of my ability. I understand MeatUp USA reserves the right to remove a contestant from the competition or to revoke the title of MeatUp USA at any time, for cause, in its sole discretion.

I hereby waive and release all claims for compensation for injury or damage to myself, my property or my reputation that may arise, now or in the future, from any cause whatsoever, in connection with my participation with the MeatUp USA title or against MeatUp USA or any venue and their respective members, owners, directors, managers, staff, agents or affiliates.
